All our products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA plastic — durable, lightweight, and safe for kids. Colors are solid throughout, not painted, so they won’t chip or fade.
How long does it take to receive my order?+
Custom orders typically take 3–5 business days to print plus shipping time. Ready-made products usually ship within 1–2 business days.
Can I request specific colors or customizations?+
Absolutely! Use the Custom Order form to describe exactly what you need — colors, text, size, or any special requests. We love making one-of-a-kind pieces.
Are your products suitable for kids with sensory sensitivities?+
Yes! Our products are designed with sensory needs in mind — smooth finishes, no sharp edges, and a satisfying tactile feel. Each item is tested for durability and kid-friendliness.
What is your return policy?+
We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, reach out within 14 days and we’ll make it right — replacement or full refund, no hassle.
Do you offer bulk or classroom orders?+
Yes! We work with schools, therapy practices, and special education teams on larger orders. Send us a custom order request and we’ll work out the details together.
